Mouldboard Ploughs

Our Mouldboard Plough's primary purpose is to prepare soil for planting the cassava by cutting, lifting, and completely inverting the top layer of soil. This action buries crop residue, weeds, and seeds to aid decomposition, brings fresh nutrients to the surface, and creates a loose seedbed. It is also used to mix organic matter and lime into the soil, manage non-wetting soils, and break up tough ground. the key functions of this plough also include weed and pest control.

 

Description

 APOLLO I -140 (Model 140/100) is a Mouldboard Mounted reversible plough, designed for tractors from 140 horsepower. It is provided with 4 ploughs. Adjustment of plough bodies width is performed mechanically by changing the position of the plough body holder on the plough frame. This plough is provided with a durable and hig-quality, maximising its strength and long service life. The plough frame is constructed from a high-strength 140 x 140 x 10 mm square steel tube giving the plough stiffness and durability.
