Disc Harrows

Our Farms are provided with advanced Disc Harrows to till and prepare soil for planting by breaking up soil clumps, chopping up crop residue, and killing weeds. Farm harrowing is an agricultural process of breaking up soil clods and smoothing the surface after ploughing, primarily to prepare a fine seedbed for planting cassava. It also helps with weed control by uprooting them, improves soil aeration and water infiltration, and can be used to mix crop residue and fertilizers into the soil. The process uses a harrow, a tool with tines, blades, or disks that are pulled over the field.
